Postal charges are additional to
plant cost.
If you place your order through our web site, we will be
able to advise of the actual cost of postage and any necessary certification,
so that a single exact payment can be made.
We regret that at the moment we
are not able to accept payment by credit or charge card.
Payment is best made by enclosing
cheque with order. Do not fill in the amount, but write on the top of the
cheque "Not to exceed £'X'. ('X' being the maximum possible amount,
allowing for postage).
We will include an invoice in the parcel and advise
the amount the cheque has been made out for. This procedure will eliminate many
of our accounting and postal problems and save valuable time. If you prefer not
to use the "Not to exceed system" please send a cheque for the plants with your
order and postage charges will be invoiced separately in your parcel of plants.
Plants will be sent out all the year
round by Air Mail, ex-pots. CITES and Health Certificates are not required.
Postage costs are usually 10-15% of the value of the plants.
We can accept Sterling (U.K. Pounds) or Euro notes
and if you are sending notes we suggest you use registered/insured post.
Details of which will be available at your local Post Office.
Otherwise, as
Eurocheques are no longer legal, we would prefer payment by International Money
Order, by Girobank, or by cheques drawn on banks with U.K.
offices.
Plants will be sent out during June -
July. Import licenses may be required, please enquire from your local Plant
Health Department, and send it with your order. A Health Certificate
(UK£10 charge) and a CITES Certificate (charge of UK£5) will be
sent with the plants. Postage is usually 10-20% of the value of the
plants.
Payment must be made in
Sterling (U.K. Pounds) either by International Money Order, by Girobank, or by
cheques drawn on banks with U.K. offices.
